Motion approving the purchase of one (1) dump truck from Philpott Motors, of Port
Neches, Texas for the total amount of $37,360. The award is based on the
cooperative purchasing agreement with the Houston Galveston Area Council
(HGAC). The vehicle will be used by the Aviation Department. Funds are available
in the FY 2006 -2007 Capital Outlay Budget in the Airport Fund. The vehicle is a
replacement unit.
