9. Mation authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 3
to the Contract for Professional Services with Colwell and Associates, Inc., of
Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $73,485, for a re-stated fee of $469,483 for
the Oso Water Reclamation Plant Electrical/Alternate Power Facility Upgrade Part
1 for additional construction inspection.
