18. Motion to deny application for exemption of Kitty Hawk Subdivision from
Was#ewater Acreage/Lot fees, directing staff to advance completion of the
Master Plan for Wastewater south of Oso Creek by one year, directing staff to
engage owners of property south of Oso creek in the Laureles Corridor in
diseussions about infrastructure issues, and establishing a five to seven year
target for provision of utilities south of Oso Creek in the Laureles Corridor.
