Construction and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Oak Properties,

money required for the contract. agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose,

Trust Fund No. 540450-21800-4220 to pay Oak Prope~ties for the construction
and installation of a Master Plan Lift Station with 12-foot diameter wet well, 1,017
finear feet of 10-inch PVC force main, and related appurtenances within the SPA
30 Service Area, located on Slough Road, east of Rodd Field Road; and
declaring an emergency.

APPLICATION FOR SEWERLINE REIMBURSEMENT
1, Gene Graham, General Partner of Oak Properties, owner and developer ofproposed Moses'
Meac~ow Subdivision, hereby request reimbursement of $757,902.17 for the installation of the
sanitary sewer lift station and trunk line in conjunction with Moses' Meadow Subdivision, as
provided for by City Ordinance No. 1?396. Said $757,902.17 is the construction cost, including
