~.a. Motion approving the lease purchase of one (1) backhoe loader and one (1)
wheel loader from Doggett Heavy Machinery Services, Ltd., of Corpus Christi,
Texas for a total amount of $458,501.33~ The award is made in accordance with
tl~e cooperative purchasing agreement with the Texas Local Government
Cooperative. The equipment will be used at the J C Elliott Trash and Recycling
Center. F~nds for the lease purchase of equipment will be provided through the
City 's lease/purchase financing program.
