,. Motion approving supply agreements with the following companies for the following
amounts for emulsified polymerized asphalt in accordance with Bid Invitation Nos.
3I-0003-07 and BI-0059-07 based on only bid and low bids, respectfully, for an
estimated semi-annual expenditure of $402,065. The terms of the agreements shall
~e for six months with options to extend for up to five additional six-month periods,
~ubject to the approvaf of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee.
~unds have been budgeted by the Street Department in FY 2006-2007.
