~ 6.c. Mation authorizing the t;ity Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Redflex Traffic Systern, Inc., of Scottsdale, Arizona for a Photo Redlight
Enforcement Program in accordance with Request for Proposal No. BI-0013-07
based on best value for an estimated first year expenditure of $584,400 of which
$68,180 is budgeted in FY 2006-2007. The term of the contract will be for five
years with an option to extend the contract for up to two additional twelve-month
periods
