17 Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Shell Land Management Co., Inc., (Developer), in the amount of $238,541.81 for
public improvements including construction of water, wastewater, paving, and
drainage improvements for Saratoga Weber Plaza, Block 9, Lot 5, located south
of Saratoga Boulevard and west of Weber Road, in accordance with the Platting
Ordinance Section V-Required Improvements, Subsection A. 3. b), contingent
upon receipt of letter of credit compliant with City requirements.
