9 Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to sign the First Amendment
ta the Raw Water Supply Contract between the City of Corpus Christi and San
Patricio Municipal Water District to increase the amount of raw water to be sold to
San Patricio Municipal Water District by 11,200-acre feet per calendar year.
