t 2 Motion authorizing the City Secretary or his designee to enter into a Joint Election
Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and Nueces County, pursuant to
Chapter 271 of the Texas Election Code, for the runoff election and the statewide
constitutional amendment election scheduled for May 12, 2007, to combine or
uncombine precincts as necessary and to amend the submission to the United
States Department of Justice to include these changes should a runoff election be
required
