5.b. Motion approving the purchase of fifty-eight (58) tasers, 1,046 taser
cartridges, and one (1) taser simulation training suit from GT Distributors,
of Austin. Texas !n accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0153-07, based
on sole source for a total expenditure of $80,926.02. The equipment will
be used by the Police Department. Funds are available through the
Crime Control Fund and the Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
