~ 3.a. Motion approving the Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Construction
and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by AI Development, Inc., owner and
developer of Airline Crossing Unit 1, located south of Lipes Boulevard and west
of Airline Road for the installation of 2,256-linear feet of a 12-inch PVC water grid
main.
