construction of public concrete sidewalks along Richter Street, Candace Street, San
Javier Street. Ryland Street. Santa C~livia Street, Santa Ana Street, Santa Sofia
Street, and Santa Lucia Streetwithin Vista Hermosa Subdivision Phase 1, located
n~rth of Holly Road anc west of Kostoryz Road, in accordance with the Platting
~.rdinance Secti~~n V-Required Improvements, Subsection A.3.b.
