26 Motion authorizing the City Manager to employ the law firm of Canales &
Simonson, P.C. to provide legai representation to the defendant officers, and
Hermansen, McK~bben Woosley & Villarreai, L.L.P. to provide legal
representation to the City in Cause No. C 06-469, Bernardina Ybanez, et al v.
City of Corpus Christi, et al, in the United States District Court, at an hourly rate
not exceed~ng $2~0, plus expenses, subject to certification of funds.
