9~ Motion approving the purchase of a mobile license plate reading system from
AutoVu Technologies, Inc~, of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, based on sole source
for a total amount of $26,250. The mobile license plate reading system will be
used by the Police Department. Funds are available through the Police
Department Grants.
