3. Motion appro~ing a three-year HVAC mair~tenance service agreement with
Johnson Controls, Inc., of Corpus Chris#i, Texas in the amount of $183,600 of
which $~6,100 is required in FY 2007-2Q08. The award is in accordar~ce with the
State's Cooperative Purchasing Program. Funding is avaiiable in the General
Services Department in FY 2007-2008 and will be requested in subs~quent fiscal
years.
