6. Motion appro~ing a supplylser~ice agreement to be activated only in the e~ent of
a hurricane or other disaster with Garner Environmental Services, Inc., of Deer
Park, Texas in accordanc~ with Bid Invitation No. B1-0217-07, based on only bid
for an estimated expenditure of $600,952.50. The term of the agreement will be
~or twelve months with an optior~ to extend the agreement for up to four
additional twel~e-month periods subject to the appro~al of the supplier and the
City Manager or his desEgnee.
