9. Motion authorizing #he City Mar~ager or his designee to execute an ln#rastructure
Participa#ion Agreement with John Bratton, owner and developer of Kitty Hawk
Unit 1, located east of County Road 41 and south of South Staples Street (FM
2444) in the amount of $24,618.08 for the future construction of Kitty Hawk Dri~e
Bridge, in accordance with Piatting Ordinance Sectior~ IV.A.~6.
