FY2007 Consolidated Annual Action Plan, including the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and
the HOME In~estment Partnerships (HOME} Grant, and execute Su~recipient
Agreements for community planning and de~elopment projects and activities.
