22.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee ta autharize the purchase,
implementation, and first year maintenance of $37,7~0 from SunGard H.T.E.,
Inc., of Lake Mary, Florida for the Planning and Zon~ng modufes and G.I.S.
~ooking Glass modules in an amount not to exceed $207,665 based on sole
source. These modules will pro~ide automated tracking ar~d management of
planning, zoning, and special services projects by the Development Services
Center.
