20. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 9 to the construction contract with SLC Construction L.P., of Conroe, Texas
in the amount of $192,173.86 as part of the Lindale/Chenoweth Subdivision Area
Drainage Improvements, Phase 1, Part B for the Lifecycle replacement of a
waterline associated with this project.
