8. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
6 for Project Management Services in the amount of $948,800 for a restated total
fee of $2,737,820 with Anderson Group Construction Management (AGCM), Inc.,
of Corpus Christi, Texas, for various Capital Improvement Projects associated
with the 2008 Capital Improvement Program and 2004 Bond Program.
