9. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with William H. Shireman, Jr., et al in the amount of $295,000
plus $3,500 in closing costs for Parcel 1 described as 29.018 acres out of Lot 11
and the Southeast one-half of Lot 12, Section 31, Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm
and Garden Tracts located on Paul Jones Avenue necessary for the South Guth
Park Bali Field Relocation Project.

in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn,
and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
