10. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement with
James Lee (Developer) to provide for the filing of a replat of portions of Lots 21
and 22, Blob "H", Flour Bluff Estates, contemporaneous with the construction of
improvements on said property and waiving fees associated with the replat of the
property.
