11. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with U
Stor of CC IV, LLC, (Developer) in the amount of $97,491.68 for deferral of
construction of public water and wastewater improvements for Holly Park, Block
1, Lots 2, 3, and 4, located north of Holly Road and east of Kostoryz Road, in
accordance with Section V.A.3. of the Platting Ordinance and waiving Section
V.A.3.b)(2) of the Platting Ordinance subject to receipt of an approved Letter of
credit.
