3. Nation authorizing supply agreement with Bay chemical Bupply company, of
~dern, Texas, for approximately 1 ,ooo tans of liquid aluminum sulfate in
accordance vtirith Bid Invitat1an No. BI-o~75~08, based on Iow bid, for an
estirr~ated annual expenditure of ~ ,~4~,400, of which ~~~,70o is required in FY
~o01-008. The term of the contract is for twelve months with options to extend
for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the
contractor and the pity Manager or his designee. This chemical will be used by
the vVater Department far treatr~rent of our water supply. Funds have been
budgeted by the 1~1Jater ~epartr~ent in FY X007-~OD8.
