4, Motion approving a supply agreement with Nardis, Inc. of Kilgore, Texas, for
Police lJniform in the ar~aunt of ~2,4D.~0 a~ which 3~ ,21 x,25 is required in
FY 2007-2008. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option
to extend the contract far up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to
the approval of the supplier and the pity Manager or his designee. The award is
in accordance with the state's cooperative Purchasing Program. Funds have
been budgeted b the Police Department in FY 2007-208.
