1,8.94 for public improvements including pavement, curb, gutter, and
sidewalks for the future street improvements to Rudd Field Road adjacent to the
west properky line of Rancho Vista Unit ~, located south of Yorktown Boulevard
and east of Rodd Field Road, in accordance with the Platting ordinance Section
IV -Design Standards, Subsection ~. ~ ~.c}.
