7. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to authorize a permit for the
temporary closure of Coopers Alley from southbound Shoreline Boulevard to
northbound Shoreline Boulevard, starting March 28, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. to March
30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. for the Corpus Christi Festival of the Arts and authorizing
the City Manager or his designee to issue a permit for the Festival upon meeting
the conditions and requirements for permit in Section 49-17.
