7. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a work order with
BFI Waste Services of North America, Inc. (Allied Wastes) in an amount not to
exceed $450,000 for advanced excavation of Cefe Valenzuela Landfill Sector 4A
(next disposal cell} as an additional service under the Landfill Services
Agreement.
