10.b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee #o execute a Job Order
Contract with Alpha Building Corporation of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount
of $fi9,115 for the Vehicle Maintenance Fuel Facility to remove and upgrade the
existing card reader and four fuel pumps, demolish the existing concrete drive,
deteriorated asphalt and the west fuel island and construct a new fuel island and
concrete paving, and install underground conduit and electrical upgrades.

and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
