26. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Infrastructure Financing
Agreement with Corpus Christi Retail Venture, LP (Developer) to set forth terms,
conditions and obligations by which the Developer and the City intend to
participate in the redevelopment and possible expansion of the Padre Staples
Mall consisting of approximately one million square feet.
