~ 1.a. Motion to reconsider Agenda Item No. ~ from the pity council Agenda of April
~DgB regarding the decision to authorise the pity Manager or his designee to
develop and enter into athree-year contract with two one-year renewal options
between the pity of corpus Christi, Texas and FARA Benefit services, Inc. of
Mandeville, Louisiana to provide a provider network, which incl~,ds pohn
Health dare system as the provider network, to administer the pity's self funded
health and dental plans, and to provide for a contract for specific stag ions
insurance coverage and pharmacy benefit manager~ent.
