12. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Rea! Estate
Sales Contract and a Utility Easement with the owner of Calvary Chapel of the
Coastla~ds in the total amount of $65,500, for fee simpl~ property rights to a
0.383 acre tract of land known as Parcel 11A and for a 4.095 acre Utility
Easement known as Parcel 11 B, plus $1,500 in es#imated closing costs; all out of
Lot 2, Bloclc 1, Brandywine South Unit 1, located on Rodd Field Road, south of
Saratoga Boule~ard; necessary for the Master Channel 27 Drainage
Impro~emen# Project and for othe~ municipal purposes.
