27. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreed order with the Texas
Commission on En~ironmentaf Quality "In the Matter of an Enforcement Action
Concerning City of Corpus Christi, RN101610079, Ag~eed Order, Docket No.
208-0399-MWD-E," and an agreement with the Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries
Program, Inc., to perform a supplemental en~ironmental project for the City in the
amount of $14,544.
