4. Motion approving the purchase of one (1) 48-foot truck trailer from Rush
Equipment Center of Texas, Inc., of Houston, Texas for a total amount of
$98,615. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with the
Houston Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC). The truck trailer will
be used by Solid Waste Services. Financing will be provided through the City's
lease-purchase program.
