10.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $1,798,271 from the State of Texas, Governor's Division of
Emergency Management, for funding eligible under the FY2007 Public Safety
Interoperable Communications (PSIC) Grant project to be used for the
enhancement of voice interoperability on the 800 MHz radio system, with a city
cash match of $449,567.75 for a total project amount of $2,247,838.75, and to
execute all related documents.
