5.b. Motion approving a service agreement with Nationwide Retirement Solutions,
Inc., of Dublin, Ohio for FICA Alternative Plan services, in accordance with
Request for Proposal No. BI-0219-07. The term of the service agreement will be
for five years with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month
periods, subject to the approval of the service provider and the City Manager or
his designee.
