3. Motion approving a supply agreement with General Chemical Pertormance
Products, LLC, of Parsippany, New Jersey for approximately 700 tons of liquid
ammonium sulfate in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0151-08, based on
low bid for an estimated semi-annual expenditure of $137,200. The term of the
supply agreement will be for six months with an option to extend for up to five
additional six-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds have been requested for FY 2008-2009.
