17. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 1 for additional excavation and installation of groundwater underdrains in the
amount of $231,399 with Longhorn Excavators, Inc. of Richmond, Texas for the
Cefe F. Valenzuela Landfill Section 4A Liner and Leachate Collection System
and Section 4B Excavation.
