21. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
DRC Emergency, LLC of Mobile, Alabama in the amount of $65,580,930 to be
activated only in the event of a hurricane or other disaster for Post Hurricane
Recovery Operations Debris Clearing, Removal and Disposal Services. (Base
Bid A, Base Bid B -Clearing, Removal and Disposal and Base Bid C -
Collection, Characterization, Packaging, Transportation and Disposal of
