2.c. Motion approving the purchase of a spotting tractor from Shoppa's Material
Handling, LTD, of Fort Worth, Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0213-08, based on most advantageous bid for a total amount of $86,350.97. The
tractor will be used by Solid Waste Services and is an addition to the fleet.
Funding is available in the Solid Waste 2008 Tax Notes Capital Improvement
Project {CIP) Fund.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated far any other purpose.
