6. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 17 to a Construction Contract with SLC Construction, LP, of Conroe, Texas
in the amount of $91,270 for a total re-stated fee of $12,142,770.35 for the
installation of an 8-inch water line on Winnebago Street between Carancahua
and Upper Broadway Streets.
