Hillcrest Residents Association v.City of Corpus, Texas
We are pleased to learn that a satisfactory settlement
between the City of Corpus Christi and the Hillcrest Residents
Association has been reached in the subject complaint. Pursuant
to the Complainant's request to withdraw the complaint, we are
terminating our efforts to conciliate and investigate the
complaint. The case has now been closed in our records.
