5. Motion approving a supply agreement with M.T. Deason Company, of
Birmingham, Alabama for hot tap fittings in accordance with Bid Invitation No. 61-
0182-08 based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $67,478.75.
The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted
by the Gas Department in FY 2008-2009.

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has. not been
appropriated for any other purpose.
