13. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an Agreement
between the City of Corpus Christi and the Corpus Christi Regional Economic
Development Corporation (EDC) whereby the EDC will promote economic
development in the Corpus Christi Bay area for an annual fee of $475,000. The
term of the agreement is August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009.
