7. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
2 to the consultant contract with HDR, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas in an
amount not to exceed $124,935 for a revised contract value of $223,835 for final
processing of the digital photography, delineation of impervious cover,
assignment of impervious cover to individual parcels and verification of remote-
sensed data for storm water utility rate implementation services.
