3.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept supplemental
funding in the amount of $30,000 from the Governor's Division of Emergency
Management, Texas Department of Public Safety, for additional funding eligible
under the FY 2008 Local Border Security Program and to execute all related
documents.
