4.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $89,001 from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division to continue
the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant within the Police Department for Year 9
with a City cash match of $19,424, in-kind match of $3,200 for a total project cost
of $111,625 and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to apply for,
accept, reject, alter or terminate the grant.
