17. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
James Hetherington (Artist) for the design, production, installation, and purchase
of a permanent work of art created in stainless steel, in the amount of $12,375.00
as part of the Percent for Art Program associated with the Fire Station #17
construction project.
